Governance
Lygature is a not-for-profit foundation governed by a non-executive Board of Directors, which appoints the Leadership Team and establishes a Scientific Advisory Board. To foster transparency and engagement, we organize Lygature LIVE, an annual meeting for our stakeholders. Read about the 2025 edition of Lygature LIVE here.
Our Code of Conduct outlines our organization’s core purpose and values. It also describes how we collaborate internally and how we engage with the broader society in which we operate.
At Lygature, we actively share our knowledge and explore new ways to advance public-private partnerships—both in general and within our specific areas of focus. A selection of our publications is available here.
The Lygature Foundation is officially recognized within the European Union as a ‘research organisation’.
