• Consortium building and management: We help identify, build and manage Dutch, European and global consortia involving both public and private partners. This includes establishing governance structures and contractual agreements.
• Funding strategy and coordination: We secure initial and supplementary funding and in-kind contributions to ensure the continuation of partnerships from early to late stage drug development. Our team also coordinates technical and financial reporting.
• Project management and operational support: We provide tailored project management at every stage of drug development, including legal and financial support.
