A more efficient data infrastructure is a key stepping stone for improving health research in Europe. Projects related to such an infrastructure have to meet a wide range of needs, over a longer period. The needs include collection, storage, analysis, and archiving of data generated during biomedical research projects, as well as implementation of new technologies such as Artificial Intelligence, wearable devices, and federated analysis (e.g. “Personal Health Train”). Development is often beyond the capabilities of any single party.
Lygature offers experience in supporting multi-center projects in this domain with a focus on data stewardship across clinical, imaging, biobanking, and experimental (any-omics) domains. We typically avoid major software development projects in favor of adapting proven technologies to specific research needs. The goal is to ensure faster implementation times and more dependable results.
