Associate Partnership Manager (32–40 hours)

About this role 

As an Associate Partnership Manager within our Data and AI cluster, you support national and international collaborations that build health data infrastructure and contribute to the responsible introduction of AI in healthcare. You play a key role in coordinating partnerships, keeping projects on track and ensuring that information, processes and stakeholders remain well connected. 

You work closely with Partnership Managers and multidisciplinary colleagues (e.g. finance, communication and business development) to ensure that projects run smoothly and deliver high-quality outcomes. 

Responsibilities 

Under the guidance of a Partnership Manager or Project Lead, you will: 

• Support the planning, execution and closure of partnerships and projects 
• Assist in developing project plans, timelines, processes and budgets 
• Monitor progress of deliverables, milestones and resources 
• Coordinate project documentation and ensure timely reporting to stakeholders 
• Maintain project documentation, collaboration spaces and knowledge repositories (e.g. SharePoint) to ensure information remains accessible and up to date 
• Facilitate communication and alignment between internal and external stakeholders 
• Support risk and issue identification and contribute to practical solutions 
• Maintain and improve project management tools, systems and workflows 
• Contribute to expertise-related work within partnerships (depending on your background) 
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, structure and quality within projects 
• Support the development of Lygature's project management methodologies and knowledge base 

What we expect from you 

We encourage you to apply if you:

• Hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant discipline, such as health sciences, life sciences, public health, biomedical sciences, health policy, project management, business administration or another field relevant to partnership coordination 
• Have 0–4 years of relevant work experience depending on your educational background 
• Have a solid understanding of project management principles and enjoy bringing structure to complex collaborations 
• Have an interest in health data management and AI or the willingness to develop expertise in this area 
• Are fluent in English and have at least a B2 level of Dutch, with the ability to read, write, speak and understand Dutch in a professional working environment 
• Are digitally confident and enjoy working with collaboration and project management tools such as SharePoint, Microsoft 365 and related systems 
• Are well-organized and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines 
• Have strong communication and interpersonal skills 
• Are proactive, detail-oriented and eager to learn 
• Enjoy working independently as well as collaboratively in a dynamic, multi-stakeholder environment
