A bit of background about us: The work of the operations team is focused on adding value in project management processes (in all the stages), on sharing knowledge and in running projects more efficiently, based on:

Gathering and sharing knowledge and best practices between projects
Process harmonization and customization
Creating better and more efficient ways of working
Branding Lygature as a professional organization
