The DELIVER project breaks new ground by enabling deliberative dialogues between multiple stakeholders from multiple sectors, directed at the meaningful improvement of the quality and safety of oral healthcare on all levels of care delivery. DELIVER is built on cutting-edge improvement science, rigorous stakeholder involvement and innovative information systems. Contributing to the UN and WHO SDG & UHC goals, DELIVER will improve access to quality oral care for everyone without financial hardship and thus generate vast impact for individuals & society.

Lygature in DELIVER
Lygature Leads Work Package 7: Cross-country comparisons of regulatory basis for oral care quality improvement. The objectives here are to compare regulatory basis for quality improvement on practice-level in select countries mapping access to dental care from the perspective of equity in health care system in the example countries; quality assurance and quality transparency for patients via commissioning of dental care and payment systems; mapping the standards for professional conduct such as clinical guidelines, professional licensure, ISO standards etc. and its actual impact on quality of dental care from a legal perspective, realist synthesis on reform of oral care payment systems under consideration of legal aspects.
As the beneficiary and lead partner of WP7, Lygature, with support from project partners, prepared and published a report on regulatory determinants and payment reforms.
