Lygature Newsletter Q2 2025
The latest edition of our quarterly newsletter is out, featuring key milestones and updates from Q2 2025.
This issue highlights our continued progress in driving global health innovation through partnerships. Highlights include:
- Advancing Health through Collaborative Research: Lygature’s international partnerships continue to deliver impact. The UNITE4TB Consortium held its Annual Meeting in London in May, where over 100 participants shared progress and future plans. The European Platform for Neurodegenerative Diseases (EPND) achieved a key milestone with the release of its first harmonized biomarker dataset.
- Data Partnership Launched: Lygature and Health-RI co-initiated the launch of CANDLE, a new cancer data initiative involving 40 partners across 20 European countries. The project will create a federated network of National Cancer Data Nodes, enabling secure data sharing to support innovation in cancer research and care.
- Recognition for Lygature’s Role in Innovation: Lygature has been formally validated as a Research Organization by the European Commission. While in a recent podcast, Jay Iyer, CEO of the Access to Medicine Foundation, highlighted Lygature’s role in impactful public–private partnerships.
