Register now for the RSNN Annual Workshop 2024: Artificial intelligence in Regulatory Innovation
On 11 June 2024 (13:00-17:15, with drinks and optional dinner afterwards), the Regulatory Science network Netherlands (RSNN) will organize its Annual Workshop. The topic of this year's workshop is 'Artificial Intelligence in Regulatory Innovation'. The workshop will take place in person at Villa Jongerius in Utrecht.
Artificial intelligence (AI) is emerging as a transformative tool in regulatory science, revolutionizing traditional approaches to ensuring the safety, efficacy, and quality of products and services. As also stated in the EMA draft reflection paper on the use of AI in the medicinal product lifecycle, the quickly developing field of AI shows great promise for enhancing all phases of the medicinal product lifecycle, while also introducing new risks that need to be mitigated to ensure the safety of patients and integrity of clinical study results.
The RSNN Workshop aims to share knowledge and experiences of the use of AI in regulatory innovation from the perspective of regulators, patients, industries, academia, and other stakeholders. Discussions with the audience, representing various backgrounds, are a critical element in this respect.

We are pleased to announce the first confirmed speakers for the workshop: Luis Pinheiro (EMA), Susan Sandler (J&J), Joanna Klopotowska (Amsterdam UMC) and Michael Renaudin (Swissmedic).
