In case you are commuting, you step out of the train and walk a minute to your office.
- You start the day with a hot cup of coffee while catching up with colleagues on recent activities and company updates. You continue with looking at your agenda for the day.
- You move on with the preparation of the communication plan you made a start for yesterday. You will meet Janneke, a Program Manager, later on as to present it to her and discuss a plan of action.
- You then have lunch with colleagues when you discuss a variety of topics such as the ever-disappointing weather, your weekend plans or holiday dreams, as well as the state of innovation within the medical field or the fast-approaching project reporting period.
- You continue the day with a Communications Team meeting on which you debate about the current state of corporate communication affairs and discuss future project-related tasks or pertinent challenges and possibilities to resolve them.
- Later you allocate some time to finalize the Consortium newsletter you prepared last week and sit with our Graphic Designer, to refine the look and feel of it all.
- At the end of the day you have delivered valuable insights and provided new ideas to your colleagues and project members to ensure that communication is executed coherently and strategically with an eye for detail.
