Vacancy: Associate Partnership Manager (32-40 hr)

About this role

As an Associate Partnership Manager, you play a key role in supporting the coordination and implementation of partnerships and projects. You work closely with Partnership Managers and multidisciplinary colleagues (e.g. finance, communication and business development) to ensure that projects run smoothly and deliver high-quality outcomes. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both project management and working in a complex stakeholder environment, and who wants to grow within the field of partnership management.

Responsibilities

Under the guidance of a Partnership Manager or Project Lead, you will:
•    Support the planning, execution and closure of partnerships and projects 
•    Assist in developing project plans, timelines, processes and budgets 
•    Monitor progress of deliverables, milestones and resources 
•    Coordinate project documentation and ensure timely reporting to stakeholders 
•    Facilitate communication and alignment between internal and external stakeholders 
•    Support risk and issue identification and contribute to solutions 
•    Maintain and improve project management tools, systems and workflows 
•    Contribute to expertise-related work within partnerships (depending on your background) 
•    Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, structure and quality within projects 
•    Support the development of Lygature’s project management methodologies and knowledge base

What we expect from you

We encourage you to apply if you:
•    Hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant discipline (e.g. life sciences, health, policy or related field) 
•    Have 0–4 years of relevant working experience depending on your educational background 
•    Have an interest in or basic knowledge of project management 
•    Are fluent in English and have at least a B2 level of Dutch 
•    Are well-organized and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines 
•    Have strong communication and interpersonal skills 
•    Are proactive, detail-oriented and eager to learn 
•    Enjoy working both independently and as part of a team and, in a dynamic, multi-stakeholder environment 
•    Take ownership of your work and are comfortable leading specific tasks or processes within a project

What we offer

€ 3,294 gross per month
