The Pediatric Praziquantel Consortium, which Lygature proudly coordinates, has announced the completion of its pivotal Phase III trial of arpraziquantel – a potential new treatment option for the estimated 50 million preschool-aged children suffering from schistosomiasis. 

In a move that marks an important step in the alignment of scientific evaluations of complex generic/hybrid products, the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and the European Medicines Agency (EMA) recently announced the launch of a new joint pilot program.

Today marks the launch of a new €12 million Horizon Europe funded project, BeYond-COVID (BY-COVID), which will tackle the data challenges that currently hinder effective pandemic response. The primary aim of the project is to ensure that data on SARS-CoV-2 and other infectious diseases can be found and used by everyone across Europe. 

MOMENTUM, a study focused on tracking the outcomes of combining Magnetic Resonance (MR) and Radiation Therapy (RT) to treat various types of cancer, has successfully enrolled 2000 patients.

Lygature was instrumental in the set-up phase of the PERSIST-SEQ consortium. In close collaboration with the Oncode Institute, Lygature supported the entire two-stage application process, followed by the preparation of the final proposal (Grant Agreement). Lygature supports the PERSIST-SEQ consortium by providing partnership management as well as communication and dissemination expertise.

To advance anti-tuberculosis (TB) science and enable the progression of new, safe, and affordable treatment solutions for TB patients worldwide, a new consortium of 30 partners from 13 countries has officially launched.

Health-RI is preparing to quickly take the necessary steps forward now the Dutch cabinet has selected Health-RI's National Growth Fund proposal for a national health data infrastructure. 

Within the RADAR-AD consortium Lygature is responsible for the project management, communication about the study and dissemination of its results to relevant stakeholders, as well as communications with regulatory authorities, patient associations, payers and ethical boards.
